Rachel Manna, of West Des Moines, pleaded guilty on February 4 to working with a previous Division of Justice contractor’s federal government personal computer to obtain federal government records and to acquire delicate, non-general public law enforcement facts.
In the spring of 2018, 33-12 months-outdated Manna requested her mate Danielle Taff to entry facts about certain defendants in a prison investigation and prosecution.
