The one particular-working day function associated the checking of 114 internet sites, of which 30 were being associated to Ukrainian refugees. Some 53 on line platforms suspected of back links to human trafficking ended up investigated, including a handful on the dark web connected to boy or girl sexual exploitation.

Investigators identified 11 suspects and 45 achievable victims, 25 of whom have been Ukrainian.

Between the area sites monitored for suspicious exercise have been dating platforms, “advertising and aid” platforms, community forums and messaging programs, Europol explained.

The party follows an before EMPACT joint action day in June this year, which discovered 42 human trafficking suspects.
